Passoa is a brand of passion fruit liqueur, made by distilling passion fruit juice and sugar. The liqueur is typically a vibrant yellow in colour, and has a sweet, fruity taste. It is used to make a variety of tropical-themed cocktails, such as the Passoa Colada, which is made with Passoa, pineapple juice, and coconut cream. Passoa is often mixed with other fruits such as orange, cranberry or pineapple juice to create a refreshing and fruity drink. It is a low-alcohol content beverage (17% abv) and can be enjoyed straight as a digestif, or as a mixer in tropical-themed cocktails.
